Teleoperation allows operators to remotely assist an AMR or AGV. Operators can view live camera and sensor data, temporarily take control to resolve an exception, and then return the vehicle to autonomous operation.

Route planning assigns transport tasks to suitable vehicles, calculates the shortest feasible path using known routes, and applies traffic rules to manage interactions on shared path segments.
